EFCC has seven days to bring criminal charges against Tinubu.
The ultimatum was issued in a letter sent to the EFCC Chairman, Abdulrasheed Bawa, and dated March 25, 2022, by a group of concerned Nigerians.
An open letter from Deji Adeyanju to the EFCC, seen by the DAILY POST, asks for an investigation into the source of money sent to Tinubu’s residence during the 2019 presidential election in bullion trucks.
According to Adeyanju, the organization will take the EFCC to court if it does not cooperate within seven days.
