Magixx reacts to counterblast over his statement on Wizkid and Chris Brown’s song
Magixx, the wonderkid of Mavin Records, has responded to the reaction he received from fans after labeling the new song Wizkid sung with Chris Brown as “dumb”.
On Sunday, the singer wrote in a now-deleted tweet, “This new Chris Brown and Wiz is dumb.”
When confronted with backlash over his remark, the Mavin Records signee responded by clarifying that the word he used meant “dope.”
After receiving a barrage of criticism from anonymous internet trolls, Magixx responded on Monday, June 20, 2022, via his various social media accounts.
Singer said that his only blunder was to delete the message immediately after it had appeared on the site.
It’s free to show your love. According to the singer, he removed the tweet after realizing his comment had been misinterpreted.
“Stupid” was not meant to be taken literally, he explained, but rather as a manner of appreciating an artwork.

A dictionary explanation was included as well, which clarified how the word should be used and what the singer meant by it.
He noted that as a music lover, he only posts music that he loves, and described as an irony the fact that he was getting hated for hyping a song.
Magixx said, ” I think my only mistake yesterday was deleting that tweet. Why? I felt it was being misunderstood.
“Then this morning woke up to so many hate comments on my IG post, which goes to show how desperate these blogs are for comments and likes.
“I’m a music lover and if you check my history of tweets, I only tweet about music that I love. STUPID is a slang for Dope.
“I didn’t know I was going to get people hating for hyping a song, the irony. We really need to be better people. I’m so sick from all of these. I’ll be attaching the dictionary meaning to this tweet once again for clarity.”
