Mr Macaroni finally opens up on his recent colourful marriage
A popular Nigerian comedian, Debo Adedayo, better known by his stage name Mr Macaroni, has addressed the controversy surrounding wedding-themed images of himself and his colleague skit maker, Kemi Ikuseedun, better known by her stage name Mummy Wa.

Mr Macaroni had, on April 23 and 24, published a series of brightly colored wedding-themed photos of himself and Mummy Wa, who played the role of his wife in his skits and videos.
‘Engagement today, wedding tomorrow,’ Macaroni said in a statement on April 23.
The photographs, on the other hand, raised a lot of questions among his admirers, who were unsure whether it was a real wedding or a staged event for entertainment purposes.

In a tweet on Tuesday, which also happened to be Mr Macaroni’s birthday, the comic clarified that he was not married to Mummy wa, as she had claimed.
This was remarked by the comedian, who recently celebrated his 29th birthday, as he thanked his followers for their well wishes.
He wrote, “Thank you all for your kind messages. 29 feels good! Confession: I’m not married ooo.
