Oshiomhole Flays PDP For Allegedly Running Nigeria Aground

Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, Edo State Governor, on Wednesday said that thieves that brought Nigeria to its knees are now on the run, saying that if not for the coming on board of President Muhammadu Buhari as president, Nigeria would have become a collapsed state.
Oshiomhole also stated that God’s vengeance could be seen in the confusion within the Peoples Democratic Party because the party destroyed the country.
The governor who spoke when he feted Muslims in the state at the state house as part of the Id-el-Fitri celebration, assured the Muslims community that Nigeria would be a great country again with the actions being taken by President Buhari.
He told the Muslims to thank Allah for creating President Muhammadu Buhari, adding, “he has to be rigid to be able to find the thieves as well as avoiding building on a foundation already destroyed by the PDP.
Oshiomhole pointed out that Nigeria would have become a collapsed state by now if Jonathan had continued as President, noting that past administration failed to make adequate plan for the country but resorted to careless looting of the national treasury.
Oshiomhole said Nigeria which has a lot of resources at the disposal of the previous administration accrued from the nation’s crude oil boom was now being made a pauper, lamenting that rather than building solid infrastructure for the benefit of all, they connived to plundered it into their private purse.
He rejoiced with the will of the present administration under president Buhari in his fight against corruption by collecting from the looters all that was collected from the country’s wealth.
He maintained that the first step in making the needed change is first to attend to the wrongs done in the past and by so doing, the government was cleaning the rot done by the PDP in its 16 years of misrule.
Oshiomhole called on Nigerians to support the change agenda promised by the APC led government, which he said, meant well for the country.
The governor urged Nigerian Muslims to be guided by the invaluable lessons learnt during Ramadan as it would greatly mould their lives in the right path prescribed by Almighty Allah.
